Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white. Add a new raster layer and fill black. Layers, new mask layer, from image. Look for WSL_Mask222 and hit OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked, ungroup layers. Image, rotate, free rotate right 90 degrees. Resize by 90%

2. Copy and paste paper 3 as a new layer and resize by 20%. Layers, new mask layer, from image. Look for WSL_Mask222 and hit OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked, ungroup layers. Resize by 90%

3. Copy and paste paper 9 as a new layer and resize by 20%. Layers, new mask layer, from image. Look for WSL_Mask182 and hit OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked, ungroup layers.

4. Copy and paste a frame of choice as a new layer and resize by 20%. Image, rotate, free rotate, right 90 degrees. Using your freehand selection tool, select the area inside the frame. Copy and paste your image of choice as a new layer and resize as necessary. Move it under the frame layer, and once happy with the position, selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, select none.

5. Make the frame layer active, copy and paste the red ribbon as a new layer and resize by 15%. Place it at the top of the frame. Duplicate, image mirror, image flip, place at the top of the frame beside the other ribbon. Copy and paste the flowers as new layers and resize. Place some at the right side of your frame.

6. Copy and paste my word art as a new layer. Add your copyright information, watremark and name, save as a jpeg, and you're all done.
