I used the beautiful art of Jennifer Janesko. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white. Copy and paste doodle swirl 6 as a new layer and resize by 30%. Duplicate, and on the original, adjust, blur, guassian blur - 5.

2. Make the top doodle layer active. Open up paper 2 as a new layer and resize by 20%. Grab your preset shape tool set to rectangle, outer null, inner, set to pattern and choose paper 2, draw out some rectangles from left to right on your canvas, some thin, some not so thin. Convert to raster. Duplicate, and on the original, adjust, blur, guassian blur - 5.

3. Make the top layer active and add a drop shadow of choice. Repeat this with paper 1, and this time go top to bottom on your canvas.

4. Copy and paste flower 1 as a new layer and resize by 30%. Duplicate, and on the original, Toadies - What Are You with the default settings. Effects, texture effects, weave with the following settings.

Gap size - 2
Width - 15
Opacity - 8
Weave and gap colour both set to black, fill gaps checked.

5. Make the top layer active, copy and paste my shape as a new layer and move to the right and up slightly. Copy and paste my Breathe word art as a new layer. Copy and paste the clusterframe as a new layer and resize by 20%. Add a drop shadow of choice. Duplicate it, and on the original, adjust, blur, guassian blur - 5.

6. Make the top frame layer active and click inside both rectangles with your magic wand. Selections, modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer (I used paper 2) and place it under the frame layer. Selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none. Make the top frame layer active again and click inside the top rectangle with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer, move it under the frame layer, and place into position, once happy, selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none. Repeat thios step for the other rectangle.

7. On both tube layers, use the Xero Radiance effect with the default settings.

8. Make the top layer active. Add some wording of choice, or leave as is. Add your copyright information, watermark and name. Save as a jpeg, and you're all done.
