I used the beautiful art of Jenifer Janesko. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white. Add a new raster layer and fill black, layers, new mask layer, from image, look for my mask and hit OK. Delete the mask layer in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked, ungroup layers.

2. Grab your preset shape tool, line width - 3, outer black, inner a colour of choice, draw out a small circle, objects, align, center in canvas, convert to raster. Click inside the colour area with your magic wand, selections, modify, contract by 2, keep selected, effects, penta.com - color dot, change the distance only to 10. Selections, select none. Add a drop shadow of choice.

3. Duplicate this layer, and on the original, adjust, blur, guassian blur - 10. Effects, DSB Flux - Linear Transmission with the following settings.

Slice size - 5
Offset - 2
Blend - 50
Vertical checked

4. Make the top layer active and copy and paste my frame as a new layer. Selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat, copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer, position it into the actual frame itself, not the inner squares and once happy, selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none. Layers, merge down. Duplicate this layer and on the original, Toadies - What Are You, change the X and Y dosage to 8.

5. With your top circle layer active now, using your preset shape tool, draw out a black rectangle behind the frame, we want it to be smaller in height, but wider than the frame by maybe 15 -20 pixels or so. Objects, align, center in canvas. Adjust, blur, guassian blur - 10. Effects, Tramages - Tow The Line with the default settings. Penta.com - Color Dot with the same settings as before.

6. Make the top frame layer active now and click inside the blank areas with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 5, add a new raster layer and fill with the same colour you used for your circle layer, move this layer down and keep selected. Apply the same Penta.com - Color Dot settings as before. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer and move into position, make sure she is in exacty the same position as before, selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none. Add a drop shadow to your tube layer. Make the frame layer active again and add a drop shadow of choice. I applied the same drop shadow twice to darken it a little, but this is up to you.

7. Add your copyright information, watermark, and name, I added a gradient glow to my name, copy merged. Open animation shop and paste this into animation shop as a new animation. Hold down Ctrl and shift on your keyboard, and hit L until you have 12 frames in total. Open up my blood drips, edit, select all, copy, back on your tag, edit select all, hold down Ctrl and hit E on your keyboard to paste the animation in. Once happy with the position, save as a gif and your all done.
